And you won’t need to consult with your physician to decide.

Here is one of the Atkins type gurus (Jimmy Moore)—he’s even written books about losing weight and is featured in the first video below.
Since Robert Atkins got rich telling people how to lose weight by reinforcing their bad habits several decades ago, there has been a steady stream of those kinds of low carb, high animal protein diets. Billions of pounds have been lost and billions of pounds have been regained.
I would wager that the cumulative net weight loss (for all dieters) is in the negative column. Meanwhile, millions of innocent victims have died of diseases that were promoted by these extremely unhealthful diet-styles.

Here’s “Lightning” Wilks, the vegan fighter featured in the second video.
But, what if those diets were able to get the job done, keep you healthy—and enable you to keep the weight off forever? It really wouldn’t matter, because they’re all simply unsustainable for very much longer—not enough land, not enough water and not enough energy.
The good news is that you can have it all with the whole foods, plant-based 4Leaf for Life way of eating. You can get healthy, stay healthy, lose weight, keep it off, enjoy eating all you want at every meal and nurture our fragile environment so that it can sustain human life indefinitely.

Now for the plant-eating dynamo, James Wilks (4 minutes)

SERIOUS TOPIC – BUT FACTS CAN BE VERY FUNNY.
“Low Carb Geru of the Month” AND “Low Carb vs. Plantbased” videos deserve maximal distribution. Anyone working with E-Mail lists can help advance challenging efforts to inform others with humor.
In the above cases, opposites DO NOT attract. Just love the comparisons. A Picture is worth a Thousand Words.
