Featuring a video of Violet (3) — my youngest grand-daughter
Once a year, I like to share a few personal items with my readers from around the world. First, in this 2-minute video, Violet is the little “angel” on the far left with the wings. She does a lot of twirling around and belches out quite a sound for such a petite little child. Violet lives in the Atlanta area with her parents Diana (my daughter) and Michael.

Violet is the healthiest eater in her pre-school class; destined to be a 4Leaf-eating adult…and helping her GranBuddy change the world.
As for Jason, Lisa and their family, I was at their home in Massachusetts for Thanksgiving and had the opportunity to take this photo shortly after they chopped down their own Christmas tree. I will be spending Christmas Eve and Christmas morning around this lovely tree. Then it’s off to Vermont for New Year’s.
I am sure you will like this gorgeous Christmas tree, just a few blocks from my home in the Borough of Stonington, Connecticut.

The holidays are just around the corner; why not give yourself “vibrant health” this year?
Consecutive daily blogs
I launched this website in February of 2011 and this is my 688th consecutive daily blog. I have blogged on over sixty topics and have also launched some fifty permanent pages.
As I explained last month, my consecutive daily blog streak will come to an end at the two-year mark in early February. I will still be posting several new blogs a month but my #1 priority will be locating corporate clients who wish to slash their cost of healthcare.

All the best to you and your family this holiday season! We truly appreciate and look forward to your blog each day. May 2013 be the year of many “blinding flashes of the obvious” throughout our country, and eyes opened to the “physical cliff” that’s a the core of so many other problems.
I’ll add my voice to best wishes to Jim and everyone for holiday blessings as we celebrate Christmas and the New Year!
Merry Christmas and a Happy New year to you, your family and all you touch with your blogs. May the world and its inhabitants continue to improve.
